A faith rooted in Scripture.

The Bible, both Old and New Testaments, is inspired by God. It reveals His plan of salvation and is the authoritative rule for what we believe and how we live.

There is one true God, the eternal Creator of heaven and earth and the Redeemer of humanity. He has revealed Himself as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—distinct in relationship, perfectly one in divine being.

Jesus Christ is fully Lord and fully God. The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit work together in creation, redemption, and the life of the church, and each receives the honor that belongs to God.

Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God. Scripture declares His virgin birth, sinless life, miracles, sacrificial death for our sins, bodily resurrection, and exaltation to the right hand of God.

Humanity was created good and upright, but willful disobedience brought sin, physical death, and spiritual separation from God into the world. Every person needs the saving grace of Jesus Christ.

Our only hope of salvation is through the shed blood of Jesus Christ. We receive forgiveness and new life by repenting of sin and placing our faith in Jesus.

The inward evidence of salvation is the witness of the Holy Spirit. Its outward evidence is a life increasingly marked by righteousness and holiness.

Jesus gave the church two ordinances that visibly proclaim the gospel and help believers remember what He has done.

• Water baptism by immersion declares that a believer has died with Christ and has been raised to new life.
• The Lord’s Supper remembers Christ’s suffering and death and points us toward His return.

Every believer is entitled to seek and receive the baptism in the Holy Spirit. This experience is distinct from and follows the new birth, bringing power for life, service, witness, spiritual gifts, and a deeper devotion to God’s work.

The baptism of believers in the Holy Spirit is witnessed by the initial physical sign of speaking in other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance. This experience is the same in essence as the gift of tongues, though its purpose and use are different.

Sanctification is separation from evil and dedication to God. Through Christ’s death and resurrection, the truth of God’s Word, and the power of the Holy Spirit, believers are made holy and continue growing in holiness.

The church is the body of Christ and the dwelling place of God through the Holy Spirit. Every believer is part of this family and shares in its mission.

The church exists to evangelize the world, worship God, build believers into the image of Christ, and show His compassion to people in need.

God calls and equips leaders to serve the church. Their work includes proclaiming the gospel, leading people in worship, building the body of Christ, and meeting human need with compassion.

Divine healing is an integral part of the gospel. Deliverance from sickness is provided through Christ’s atoning work and is a privilege believers may seek in faith.

The resurrection of believers who have died and their translation together with living believers at Christ’s coming is the church’s imminent and blessed hope.

Jesus Christ will return visibly with His saints and reign on earth for one thousand years. His reign will bring the salvation of Israel and establish universal peace.

A final judgment is coming in which those who have rejected Christ will be raised and judged. Scripture describes their eternal separation from God as the second death.

We look for the new heavens and the new earth that God has promised—a restored creation where righteousness dwells and God’s people live with Him forever.
