What is collected

The GT Church Plan Your Visit form collects your name, email address, mobile phone number, household information, and answers you choose to share. The prayer form may collect a prayer request, optional contact information, your privacy selection, and whether you want a response. The Weekly signup collects your email address and, if you provide it, your first name.

How it is used

Plan Your Visit information is used to prepare for your visit and follow up by email and text. The form explains that submitting starts visit-related text messages, and you can reply STOP to opt out. It does not enroll you in unrelated church-news marketing. The Weekly information is sent to GT Church's Mailchimp audience only when you submit that signup and is used to send The Weekly and related subscription messages. You can unsubscribe from those emails at any time. Other information is used only to respond to a question or support a prayer and care request. GT Church does not sell this information.

How it is protected

Plan Your Visit details are encrypted when this website stores them and are then sent through a protected server connection to GT Church's Church Fuel account. Prayer-form personal details and sensitive free text are also encrypted before they are stored. The Weekly signup is sent through the website server directly to Mailchimp and is not kept in a separate newsletter database on this website. Consent choices are recorded separately, duplicate retries are limited, and technical errors do not place personal details in the browser response.

Retention review dates

Plan Your Visit protected details stored by this website are scheduled for redaction after 24 months. After Church Fuel confirms receipt, prayer-request free text stored by this website is scheduled for redaction after 30 days. Consent records and non-content audit metadata receive a 24-month review date. Prayer contacts in Church Fuel also enter GT Church's separate 12-month retention-review process.

Connection boundaries

A successful Plan Your Visit submission enters GT Church's approved Church Fuel visit workflow. The Weekly signup uses GT Church's approved Mailchimp audience connection. Planning Center and unrelated website connections remain off unless an exact connection is separately approved and verified.
