Steps to Return to In-Person Activities
All steps are subject to change per governor’s recommendations and/or church leadership discretion
Step One
May 10 - June 14
Services will remain online only
No Small Group meetings (unless completely digital)
Begin to engage church with special prayer events (listed at the end)
Continue with Crisis Call List (begin communicating steps with our people)
Youth to remain digital (Band/Zoom)
Select meetings (per Pastor’s approval) may return to in-person at the church
We are supportive of social gathering with appropriate precautions for those who are comfortable and desire to connect with one another (maybe have a family over to watch the service with you on Sunday)
Step Two
June 21 - June 28
Return to in-person worship service @ 10 am
Face masks are strongly encouraged for all in attendance
No fellowship time
No Sunday school
Youth to remain digital (pending youth room completion)
No Kids’ Church
No Coffee Area
Offering Box available - Push Online and Text Giving
All bulletins will be digital (Glad Tidings Church App)
6’ distance seating except for family members
Passionate Core Prayer to resume @ 8:30 in the Sanctuary
All children/youth to remain with parents at all times
All ministry support staff (except platform ministry) should wear face masks
Practice social distancing - no physical touching (unless family)
Prayer will be done over the congregation, but no laying on of hands ministry
Step Three
July 5 - July 26
Continue with in-person worship service @ 10 am
Children’s ministry will resume with extra health precautions in place
No fellowship time
No Coffee Area
Passionate Core Prayer to resume @ 8:30 in the Sanctuary
Offerings will continue via box, online, and text
Passionate Core Prayer will continue in the Sanctuary @ 8:45 am
No Sunday school
Communion will be distributed by support staff wearing mask and gloves (July 5)
Step Four
August (dependent on progress moving to this point)
Begin regular schedule
Adult Sunday school to resume
Community Outreach to resume
Small Groups to resume
Passionate Core Prayer to resume @ 8:30 in the Prayer Room
Offerings will continue via box, online, and text
Offer at least one digital group each term
Youth to return to normal

Praying at a Distance Events
Prayer and Share (Digital/Zoom)
Every Friday Night, 8 - 8:30 pm
Led by one of our pastoral team
This event is for anyone in our church body who desires to pray with others via online video and share a bit what has been going on in life.

Prayer Property Walks
Wednesday, May 20 and Wednesday, June 3
7 - 8 pm
We will be walking around Glad Tiding’s outside property (parking area, around the building, etc.)
Pray Thru (Prayer Drive Thru)
Wednesday, May 27
6:30 - 8 pm
Anyone who would like prayer with a personal touch can drive under the church drop off zone. We will ask for prayer request from a distance (open car window) and then we will lay hands on the car and pray (face masks and gloves will be required for anyone praying)

We will be spending the time in between getting Livestream and On-Demand meeting content prepped
We pray and plan, knowing that our seasons have changed and the seasons ahead could be unpredictable as well
